Adjustments:
Analysis of the spine and nervous system is done using the SOT Technic. The SOT Technic is a complete system of analysis for misallignments of the spine and compensation patterns.
The SOT Technic uses blocks (which look like wedges) to balance out the pelvis. Practice members discribe lying on the blocks as very relaxing. Manual adjustments are done while lying on the blocks.
Symptoms appear over time with cell and tissue death caused from misallignments of the spine stemming from injuries, emotional issues, and environmental toxins.
These problems occur over time and thus take time to heal through corrections or adjustments to the spine. With time and repitition healing can take place and function can be restored.
The schedule of adjustments is always more frequent at the beginning of treatment and as the body accepts and holds the adjustments is then spread out over time. This is not a set schedule as each being is individual.
